Fix MKV Audio Import Davinci Resolve Studio - Linux Issue

How to fix this weird issue with audio not importing with mkv files on linux in Davinci Resolve Studio with OBS. Simply change the audio encoder in OBS to one of the 3 FFmpeg PCM options and you should be able to record mkv files and import them into Davinci Resolve Studio on linux.

This fix works for Fedora 39, it should work for other linux distributions as well, but there are so many other distributions, that it's hard to say it will work for all of them, so take the video with a grain of salt.
