MOES UFO-R2-RF Smart IR controller not blasting learnt IR codes anymore

For some reason, my Smart IR controller, model MOES UFO-R2-RF, ceased to blast learnt IR codes.

It is OK if I use a predefined remote controller (ex Sony TV), but if I select a DIY remote control and learn some IR codes, the learning appears to proceed normally, but the restitution of the learnt IR code does not work, the blue LED is not blinking, the TV volume does not react ( see video at 2:00 -2:10 ).

Strangely, if I define a SmartLife scenario that includes these learnt IR codes, then the scenario correctly blast the learnt IR codes.

I think i have got a firmware update yesterday (now says: Main module v1.1.2, MCU module v1.1.2), could it be that the firmware upgrade wnet wild? any way to go back to factory settings?
