The hospital monster is arguably the biggest and toughest boss fight in the game. It’s the biggest infected creature you’ll face and it’s far more resilient than either the bloater or the shambler. It’s a tough one to beat, but if you follow the tips in the video and adapt them as needed for your inventory then you should be able to get past the Rat King. It's one of only a few boss fight battles that you'll face in The Last of Us 2 and it's easily the most challenging.
