In this Mortal Online 2 guide for beginners I go over many of the basics of the game as well as what you'll need to do to get started as a player who wants to be an archer or focus on playing mostly with a bow. This is an updated guide as Haven has changed since my last video on it, and you can't leave right away from the main town anymore like you used to be able to do - it's all covered in this step by step guide and you'll learn exactly how to get out of Haven fast!

I'm not an expert at this game and definitely made some mistakes here, and this might not be the best way to get started, but from my limited experience playing and relearning the game so far, I think this will really help some newer players out!

In this guide I show you the race and build I'm using and explain a bit about why, then go over the basics of getting started without the in-game tutorial (I highly recommend you do it first if you're completely new, but it's not completely necessary), and how to make your first full set of armour and bow. The bow made in this guide is way better than the starter bows you can buy from the weapons vendors in towns and is a great starting bow for any new character, and easy enough to make - I show you how it's all done and help you get setup with a full set of gear, a few bows, some arrows and even some gold left over to help you start out.

This may not be the best guide, but I hope it helps some people out there, and I'll aim to make more and improve over time in future videos!

Playing with bows as an archer in Mortal Online 2, especially as an Alvarin (one of the four races you can choose from) is a lot of fun - with this build and playstyle you'll excel at hunting down or evading enemy players and will focus mainly on ranged combat. This build is great when it comes to movement speed and being able to kite your enemies, but not as strong as others, especially when it comes to melee combat. They're more squishy and have lower HP, but regenerate stamina way quicker than any other race and have much higher movement speed.

I think this is one of the most fun races or specs to play and that's why I made this guide, so that you can be on your way with a good bow and a decent set of armour in no time. If you're a new player wanting to learn the basics of the game and focus on archery and killing enemies from afar with bows, this is the guide for you!
