Fixing Error 1911 Could not register type library for file Acrobat.tlb and other tlb files

Common issue with Adobe Acrobat Pro or other applications using .tlb library files.

You will receive an error similar to Error 1911: Could not register type library for file C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat 10.0\Acrobat\acrobat.tlb. Contact your support personnel.

This error is most likely caused by a bunch of recent windows updates and can be fixed by rolling back the update for Office SP2 , or by following this video and installing the application under the system account which will bypass those errors.
