3. Give 300 stone to bandit.
4. Repair 2 markets.
5. Give 40 sandalwood to Hindu.
6. Upgrade 3 quarries.
7. Give 200 stone to bandit.
8. Give 400 stone to Hindu.
9. Give 500 stone to Hindu.
10. Give 80 sandalwood to Hindu.

Total at end of level:
3 quarries (3 upgraded once)
1 grove
2 markets
1 temple
1 hut (1 upgraded twice)
