Added Gui to my python Server/Client

This is basically making it easier to just click a button and go. This way you don't have to manually go through the code. I will also add port handling checks, a counter for how many messages received so that a check can be made to when you want the server shut off, and a better way to handle client messages that might optimize stuff.
