With the passing of Ennio Morricone in July 2020, many in the music and film world mourned the loss of an incredible composer, massively influential on the development of modern film music. I decided I would cover one of his most beautiful pieces, Chi Mai from Le Professionnel (1981). I don't play enough classical guitar, and I loved learning this arrangement by Marina Mirakova. RIP to a legendary composer!
