Shuai Chiao is also known as Chinese Fast Wrestling. The style of Shuai Chiao being taught in this seminar is specifically called Paoting Shuai Chiao which is the fastest of the styles of Shuai Chiao.

Shuai Chiao is primarily a throwing and take-downs style although it does have locks and strikes. There are many throws and trips found in Shuai Chiao that are not found in any other style.

In ancient civilizations such as Egypt, Greece, Rome, and India, one of the first types of battlefield techniques to be created is going to be wrestling and grappling. Shuai Chiao follows this pattern in China. Shuai Chiao is the oldest of all the styles of Kung Fu. It dates back to 4000 years ago
