Ukrainian officials admit building blast caused by air defense - Moscow

Russia has said it doesn't target civilian infrastructure in Ukraine, following Kiev’s accusations that Moscow intentionally struck an apartment building in Dnepropetrovsk.

Zelensky has also condemned Russia over what he calls ‘Moscow's silence on the tragedy.’ The Kremlin has pointed out that one of the Ukrainian president's own advisers admitted the country's air defenses were in fact responsible for the strike.
