To get this exit, you gotta go through the level and when you get to the boss, don't kill him just yet. First, let him smack Slippy, causing him to fly to another planet.

*Note*
If you destroy the Secret Weapon before he smacks Slippy, it will send you on a different route. I think to Macbeth. I'm not so sure though. I would show it, but you pretty much gotta do the exact same thing as here but destroy the robot before he smacks Slippy.
