Eriol has worked in the design industry for 9+ years. They work as a designer for Ushahidi a Kenyan humanitarian technology non-profit developing open-source tools to help marginalised people raise their voices and those who serve them to listen and respond better. Eriol is a non-binary/genderfluid, queer person who uses they/them pronouns. Eriol talks about diversity from an LGBTQ+ perspective particularly the representation in visual design.
