Want to know a secret? You don't have to overcomplicate the engine cleaning process.

You just need a few tools and products and you can get the job done.

One thing I cut out due to time is covering the sensitive items. If you want, put a towel over the alternator/battery/intake or any other sensitive item you don't want water on.

You can also put a bag around it to minimize the amount of water even more. As you'll see, I didn't do that.
