Everyone says that building a culture of data-driven decision making is one of the keys to success. When the rubber hits the road, however, A/B testing can turn out to be messy and confusing. At Lucid, we've run thousands of tests and have learned a lot about how PMs, designers, and analysts can work together to run good experiments. We'll talk about how to run and interpret A/B tests, how good design is integral to the testing process, and what to do after you get the results.
