One thing I missed to touch on is hit cap. Hit cap for mages i 3 % that means if you have Star of Mysteria, Banthok Sash, Arcanist Crown or Blood Guard boots you can combine 3 of them to reach hitcap. If you decide to do that (depending on what replacement items you have) you dont have to spec into ele precision and can free up one talent point! We will be diving into consumables and matchups in part 2.
