I tried fresh & delight Mango Pizza. This is my own version of Mango Pizza.
Instead of pizza sauce, I prepared Mango Sauce having sweet-sour & tangy taste. Added some simple toppings of veggies & crumbled Paneer for extra cheesy flavour & lots of mango slices. Fully refreshing & cheesy.
Mango + Pizza lover must try this recipe. Its really good in taste.

- If you going to try this, You must prepare Mango Sauce. It enhance the taste of mango Pizza.
- Use Any kind of cheese as you like. Here I used Processed Cheese.
- Paneer is totally optional.

Ingredients:

For Pizza Dough:-
1.5 cup maida ( all purpose flour )
3 tbsp curd
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
salt
water as required

For Pizza Sauce:-
1 cup fresh mango pulp
1 tbsp sugar ( adjust according to taste )
1/2 tbsp chilli flakes
1 tsp butter
lemon juice ( half lemon )
pinch of salt

For Toppings:-
Mango Slices
half capsicum
half tomato ( deseeded )
crumbled paneer
cheese
oregano
black pepper powder
