Game World (Act II) - 3D Collisions in GameMaker

With a collision hierarchy in place, we now have the tools for a 3D collision world that performs decently well at scale. Let's see how it performs in practice!

Octrees perform reasonably well in most games, but depending on the layout of your world there are other data structures that may perform better. Later on I'll cover some other candidates.
