All enemy races have been overhauled with Better Locational Damage, this is just a little example for ghoul type enemies!

This mod overhauls the damage done to Bodyparts. Headshots to ghoul type enemies are now lethal. Bodyshots to ghoul type enemies are not effective.

There are optional plugins, which enhance the gameplay even more and add realism to Fallout 4.
