How to change the Tempo of a Loop with an unknown Tempo to the desired Value in BPM in Sound Forge

BPM Tempo Change for a Loop with an unknown tempo
use Sound Forge editor.

We have a Bass guitar loop with a Tempo unknown.
Go to Menu - Process / Time / and select Elastique Timestretch...
The original Tempo is indicated here, but the program did not determine it exactly!
Because of this, we cannot change it to the exact required value!
Right-click on this Time scale.
Select "Edit Tempo" in the menu.
Listening to the loop, we counted the number of quarters
in it = 8 quarters or two bars.
Enter 8 (beats) in window "Selection Length in Beats" .
Now click in the Tempo window and its value will change to the correct Tempo value.
Copy the tempo value in BPM (94).
Go to the Process / Time / menu and select Elastique Timestretch...
Now the plugin knows the correct Tempo in BPM and we can change it
to the desired value.
As a result, we have a Loop with the desired Tempo of 115 BPM!
