FiveM Possible (''Fix'') FiveM not starting and loading GTA V

Hopefully this is an possible fix and it helps you guys out
i made this video because i saw a lot of comments under the last one with the same problem

!!! important !!! i dont know if this fix works and cant guaranty that it works
Please also try reinstalling FiveM : to do that Go to the bottom left Search bar Type : Apps go to apps. Type in the search bar FiveM and click on it and press uninstall
Make sure you also gave FiveM permision to run apps and permision to the local hard drive *when that screen pops up with yes or no Press Yes*.
