"I Say a Little Prayer" was written by Burt Bacharach and Hal David for Dionne Warwick, who released the song in 1967. Aretha Franklin recorded her version for her 1968 album "Aretha Now", and released it as the album's second single. It became one of her most famous songs, and a huge international hit!
