The microphone input carries a DC voltage about 1.4 - 2.2 v
(depends on manufacture device),it is used to power the BC547B
which is used to buffer the earphone or discriminator output from the scanner (UBC60XLT-1)

A pocsag 1200 app (alpha coding) is used to test if this hardware works, it can decode the earphone output or the discriminator
output if available.
