In the end I have decided to upload the full video, feel free to skip to what interests you.
The short unresponsiveness of the laptop after the install, was probably due to something being finished in the background and it never happened again since.
This video shows the whole upgrade process, apart from about 3-4 minutes when my camera stopped recording because it went over it´s maximum recording time.
The drivers and software that worked on Windows 8.1 (some of them made for Windows 7 or even older versions) are working perfectly on Windows 10 also.
The Windows 7 like start menu is a program called Start 8.
