Why I recommend this way: The easiest way to install and also reliable, updating the packages with chocolatey is also very easy, you can just update with an update command.

Steps to remember: while installing any package with chocolatey, you have to run the command prompt or PowerShell as an admin. after installation is successful, you can use the tool from the command prompt doesn't matter if it is run as an admin or not.
