This video shows a step-by-step guide on how to install SQL Server 2019 and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)

You can use SQL Server Express Edition for Production environment but it comes with limited features;
• 10GB of storage size
• 1GM RAM
• SQL Server Express Edition DOES NOT support SQL Server Agent. You will still be able to see the service, but you will not be able to start it.
• Does not come with Maintenance Plan
• Cannot setup Database Mail
