UPDATE 3.24:
The build is still fine, the Sniper's mark nerf doesn't affect this build much.

The video is old but the leveling tree and gear progress still works the same especially for leaguestart.

I might play this build after a long time again so i will make an updated video if i find some time. If you have any questions feel free to ask in comments.
