in this video I plug the Pico 4 into the main i9 13900K RTX4090 PC which I usually run a HP Reverb G2 on to see the comparison.

It's a much better experience than using the 3090. Image quality is sharper with less artifacts, almost comparable to the HP Reverb running at 100% resolution (I usually run the Reverb at 150% for better image quality) , and the frame rate is smoother as I can now run at 90hz rather than 72hz with video buffering enabled. The game still suffers from occasional judders and micro freezes which you can't see in the video.
As you can see in the video though the 50ms latency breaks the game. It's a lot more difficult to control the car because you're viewing the game 4-5 whole frames behind. It feels sluggish, almost like you're playing while drunk. The feeling of accuracy has gone.
Stick to wired headsets and ignore the shills and idiots who say wireless is good for fast moving PCVR games.
