Honda Stream: How To Remove The Door Card/door Trim

While moving some wood to the recycling centre, I dropped all the seats down in the Honda stream to stack up the car with some wood.
Pushing the wood in to the car, I punctured a hole in the back passenger door card.
So in this video I remove the door card panel and trim and replace it with a second hand one from a scrap yard but firstly I need to repair the new door card.
