How To Do A FROG CRUNCH | Exercise Demonstration Video and Guide

The Frog Crunch is a variation of the crunch that targets the upper and lower abs. To get started:
1. Lie down face up, with your back flat against the floor and your hands behind your ears.
2. Bend your knees and place the soles of your feet together.
3. Contract your abs and breath out as your raise your shoulders off the floor. The movement is short and is initiated by the abs, not from pulling on your neck.
4. Contract hard at the top of the crunch by exhaling all the air out of your lungs, while pulling your abs in.
5. Under control, lower your shoulders back to the floor and repeat.
