SHOTCUT - Create a WHITE FLASH or Camera flash transition. Quick and Easy. PART 1 - THE BASICS
Описание
This is a quick and easy way of creating a short "white flash" - or "camera flash" transition in Shotcut, the superb free, open source video editor. This transition is a modern, fresh transition, frequently seen in TV documentaries and travel videos.
In this 9-minute video I show you two methods. Both are quick and easy to make. For Method 1 I add a white colour clip to the project, place it above the split point and apply a fade-in and fade-out. Quick, easy and effective.
In Method 2, I first make a black and white "resource video" which you can use in any project of the future and apply quickly and easily. You quickly import it into your project (without having to create the effect on the timeline), apply a BLEND MODE ("Add") filter, and you're good to go.
The black/grey/white resource video, and my collection of "whoosh" sounds, and a Camera click sound (Mp3) can all be downloaded for free from here:
