100% playthrough with X on Hard mode. 100% would be all Life Ups, Sub-Tanks, upgrades (Buster upgrade from capsule), and the Hadouken.

Fire Wave is spammed to hell and back, Storm Tornado is spammed to hell and back, some deaths here and there, boss weakness is abused, and some Hadoukens are thrown. And yes, I cheaped Sigma 2. I hate it.
