This year I planted 26 corn stalks in my backyard organic garden and harvested over 5 pounds of corn. One of the delights of corn is the sweet taste of corn silk tea. Corn silk tea is easy to make and has a mildly sweet flavor, but if you have a sweet tooth you can always add honey, sugar or agave nectar. You will need 1 to 2 corns still in their husks, 1 1/2 to 2 cups of water and that's it. Once the corn silks are removed just bring them to a boil in the water for about a few minutes or so, and enjoy.
