From the starting point of breath work and grounding to building a strong foundation and more intricate & complex movement vocabulary, you'll be guided and tutored by Little Egypt Studio’s Principal & Founder, Lindsey Marie Silver, who has by now taught and uplifted thousands of women all over the world.
