@philscomputerlab recently did a video about installing Windows 98 from USB CD-ROM, but his method requires a USB-bootable BIOS. I present an alternate method that enables USB drives in MS-DOS, allowing us to install Windows from a USB CD-ROM drive on legacy machines with no BIOS USB support.
