I had noticed that when I wanted to put the temperature warmer in the Explorer there was a clicking sound coming from behind the center console and the temperature was not getting warm at all. I was only hearing this sound when I wanted to move the temperature from max cold to warm. So this can only mean that the door actuator is stuck in one position, max cold. Since the days are now getting pretty chilly here in Georgia, I said it is time to get this done.
