How to Monitor Your Internet Traffic with Sniffnet

If you are concerned about what traffic is coming into and going out of your computer over the internet, you can use the free Sniffnet tool to find out exactly what is going on. Once you choose a network interface, the app will start monitoring internet traffic in terms of location, IP address, hostname, protocol, packets and bytes transferred. You can even mark connections as favorites and setup notifications for packets or bytes received. There is also an inspect section that shows source and destination IP addresses, and their associated ports and layers.
