This instruction will work on Cricket MOTOROLA MOTO E5 CRUISE, E5 SUPRA, E5 PLAY and other models..

instructions :

1. Turn off the phone.
2. Then press volume up + volume down & power button for few sec.
3. Press volume down button to find FACTORY mode option & select BY pressing power button.
4. Phone will reboot & show commserver option on screen.
5. Select commserver to get into FACTORY MODE.
