Steps to fix your device.
1. Pull off and remove the screws holding the headband under the rubber
2. Use a flat head to loosen and pull apart the rubber from the headband
3. Carefully pull apart the hinge from the headband
4. Pull apart the headband cushion from the headband
5. Losen the main wire from the headband
6. Install and put the wire into the channel in the headband for the wire
7. Put the unit back together
8. Get back to jamming out ?
