What does Statim G4 Cycle Fault 4 Mean?

The cassette has failed to achieve sterilization conditions within a time-out period of the chamber first reaching 110°C.

Probable Causes of Statim G4 Cycle Fault 4

1. Cassette Not Sealing Properly.
