Commands:
Player Select Red Team:
tag @p add Red
tag @p remove Blue

Player Select Blue Team:
tag @p add Blue
tag @p remove Red

These commands go in repeating command blocks (put the team spawn coordinates where the '~ ~ ~' are):
spawnpoint @a[tag=Red] ~ ~ ~
spawnpoint @a[tag=Blue] ~ ~ ~
