This is the second video showing the repair and restoration of a Sansui AU-9900 integrated amplifier that was produced from 1975-1977. It has the reputation of being one of the finest sounding vintage integrated amplifiers ever produced. In Part Two details of the disassembly and electrolytic capacitor replacements on the driver Assembly(F-2580), and the power transistor/heatsink assembly(F-2581) are shown. In addition I show you how to install new thermal grease and power transistor insulators so the original Sanken power transistors can dissipate heat more efficiently.
