A modern classic!.. this piece is based on the same changes as “Indifference”.. a traditional manouche waltz in E minor.
Stephane Wrembel has contributed so much to the world of modern gypsy jazz, and is a fantastic educator as well as a stellar writer and performer. I heavily recommend doing a deep dive into his stuff.. you won’t be sorry!

Played on my Yamaha NTX900FM nylon string “crossover” guitar. Recorded direct into a Universal Audio Apollo Twin.. not too keen on the tone here to be honest.. tried my best to EQ it to taste but there’s still that inherent honky D.I’d guitar vibe. Never mind!.. will experiment a bit more for any future vids featuring this guitar as it does play beautifully!
