Reaper - Rec/Bump custom action with Nabla looper

I adapted a couple of custom actions I use for live looping, to use with Esteban Morales' awesome Nabla looper script. My custom actions record a media item on first click, and on second click it "bumps" the item to a new track, so you can continue using the original track to record additional items. My original version creates looping regions, so I created a version for Nabla that doesn't create regions.
