Bonus Tip:
If you want to export it as an image with the pattern repeating instead of just one "tile", you can go to "Filter", then "Map", and finally "Small Tiles". In "Small Tiles" you can decide how many times you want the canvas to repeat.
If it gets low quality after using "Small Tiles" you can scale the image up before using it! "Image", then "Scale Image To New Size"
