This Lexus is300 had a P0440 code that did not go away after replacing the seal on the fuel cap. I could not find any vacuum leaks and was advised to replace this valve near the charcoal canister. So, this video will show you how to replace the valve and how to access the charcoal canister and all the stuff attached to that bracket.
