Stryd & Garmin Running Power Test in 5K Session

In this video, I did a 5K pace session of 12x400 in Olhão, Portugal wearing the Nike ZoomX Vaporfly NEXT% (1st version) with 1 min rest, 3 min jog then 6x200, 75 sec rest. I was also using a Stryd Next Gen & Garmin Power on a Forerunner 955 from an HRM-Pro+ and compare the results of the power itself and the respective Air Power adjustment for the wind.
