One Year As An IT Support Specialist

This week I passed my one-year mark as an I.T. Support Specialist and man has my life changed. So today I want to give you a bit of insight into what my Job now looks like. In this video, I give a bit of recap on how I got to where I'm at in the I.T. Field and cover some of my core responsibility.

When I started in the field, I had no formal training, No IT Certificated and no prior work experience, but I knew my stuff. Any chance I got I always tried to take on more responsibilities, tasks and show my skills. It paid off now I am Maintaining the Network at all locations, New hardware integrations, Server management, Remote software deployment, Security and one of my favorites designing new network infrastructures.
