File to place resource pack in: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MinecraftUWP_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\games\com.mojang\resource_packs
Place to find USERNAME: C:/Users

Another way to get the pack into your game is to zip the folder, change the file extension from .zip to .mcpack, and run the file. From there, it should open Minecraft. At the top of your screen on the home menu, it should day that it is downloading. When it says it is done downloading, you should be able to use the pack in your worlds.
