How To Open and Edit a Config File For a Minecraft Forge Mod

Simply describing how to access the config files for mods when playing with Minecraft Forge. The "config" folder is in the same place as your "mods" folder, as I always say. You simply need to access your mod pack instance folder to find the config folder. Then just edit files with any text editor. I use VS Code, but anything will work, even Notepad.
