Enemies inside buildings its not completely random.. They are prefixed to only drop certain gear and legendary mod effects. For enemies outside yes it IS completely random. This specific enemy is one of the few that is coded to be able to drop the explosive shotgun weapon inside the building thats why I put it up. Some helpful tips are :1st The higher lvl the better the chances. Lvl 60 is the sweetspot. 2nd Come back here again overtime as you play and just load your quick save and leave. 3rdly Try and not discover this place until you wanna do this farming.



NOTE: There are two saves here. 1st The quicksave you make before going into the building. 2nd An autosave the game will make after you have entered the building. Load the Quicksave (you made) before going into the building IF you HAVEN'T gotten the shotgun. But if you got the shotgun with the wrong legendary effect. Make sure you load the autosave instead(the one the game does autamatically for you after you enter the building) to farm the different effects of the shotgun. I think its pretty clear now and good luck.
